Refund Policy

We have a 7 day no questions asked refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with the product and have consumed less than 25% of your credits, you are eligible for a refund.

To initiate the refund, please mail us at support@holaconnect.com

Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the same. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Typically, we will require 7-15 days to complete the refund process.

Please note that for Enterprise customers, the refund process will have to be initiated through their Key Account Managers only.
